Today we reported that new iPad models were registered with the Eurasian Economic Commission. The registration indicates that Apple intends to release new iPad models sometime this year.
Well, Steve Throughton-Smith reports that there are four new iPad models referenced in the latest iOS 12.2 beta. The four iPad models are referred to as iPad11.1, iPad11.2, iPad11.3 and iPad11.4 and are available only for Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + Cellular variants. There is currently no evidence that the new devices contain the face ID.
Even more interesting is the reference to the new iPod Touch model identifier iPod9.1
Theoretically, iOS 12.2 refers to four new iPads in the variants WiFi and Cellular (maybe Mini and 9.7 "?), Which all have no face ID and a (seventh Gen?) IPod touch with no Touch ID or face -ID pic.twitter.com/xiJN6kmmTe
