The iPhone SE 2 is expected to hit the market in 2018 as Apple's first smartphone, and the handset has already been exposed to several leaks and rumors. The smartphone will be the successor to the iPhone SE, may launch in May or on Apple's WWDC this year. There have since been many conflicting reports around the design of the handset. Now, new pictures have leaked from a purported iPhone SE 2 units show a full-featured phone.
Shared by letemsvetemapplem.eu, the leaked photos show a smartphone that looks similar to the iPhone SE. The alleged iPhone SE 2, however, seems to have a glossy back wall, suggesting that it could be made of glass instead of the aluminum construction of its predecessor. This information is in line with previous reports indicating that the handset may offer wireless charging support such as the iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Interestingly, the pictures show that the Apple can keep the headphone jack intact the iPhone SE 2, a feature previously rumored to have been removed.
In keeping with the company's latest trend, they only show an iPhone branding on the back without the FCC attribution.
As in the pictures, iPhone SE 2 seems to have great design improvements on the back, but the front of the handset is similar to its predecessor. It seems to have a similar touch ID, display, selfie camera setup and aperture. Earlier reports had claimed that Apple may not incorporate facial recognition functionality into the new handset.

Apple has officially confirmed no plans for the launch of the iPhone SE 2. But with some reports about the smartphone, it can only take weeks before a revelation is announced. The iPhone SE 2 is expected to be manufactured in India at the Wistron plant.
