Trophies PlayStation 4
FIFA 20 is accompanied by a total of 32 PlayStation Trophies 4. In addition to the unavoidable platinum earned after collecting all the other trophies, the football simulation includes five gold, fourteen silver, and twelve bronze trophies. To complete the entire collection, you must work hard in the different modes that make up the game. Start with the new Volta to complete the story and reach the maximum for the protagonist.
The Gameplay: Finally in the Field
] To talk about the dynamics of FIFA 20, you first have to distinguish between traditional football and Volta football. From the latter, we can say that the final version of Volta fortunately contains some progress compared to the demo released a few days ago, where the FIFA 20, which will appear in stores, turns out to be more fluid and harmonious. The change between the narrow spaces of the smaller fields no longer appears as unnatural as we have previously noted, although there are still some problems associated with
artificial intelligence . Especially in three-on-three mode, the player who needs to cover the small door often moves forward without adequate coverage, so we need to take another and put him on the defensive to avoid the goal area being completely unguarded remains. Things work better when you start playing four versus four and more. Remember, however, that you can still choose the module that best suits our game type. Once in-game, you can enjoy Volta's spectacular performances of freestyle masters produced in a series of acrobatic touches that offer greater enjoyment than traditional play. Some tricks are performed automatically by higher-level players, while others are performed by combining the L2 button and using the correct club to make truly spectacular moves possible. However, we must be careful not to give too much space to the opposing team, as the CPU knows how to properly puncture those who do not bother defending themselves, dealing with their dribbling and challenging them in the most difficult levels of difficulty Demanding attention in this phase cover
The ball seems to have the heaviness required to prevent it from lifting with each stroke we make, thus allowing a calibrated low shot to be made. Centering the little door is not always easy, just as it is not obvious to meet the goalkeeper face to face. The only negative impression Volta gives us is about some confused phases of the game where defensive positioning loses effectiveness in the face of randomness. With the complicity of the barriers preventing the presence of side foul, the rivals decide a little too much on whether or not the attacking team scores a goal, making the defenders almost powerless. As for the movements, the slip was rightly eliminated to make room for a more vehement contrast.
After archiving the Volta gameplay, we turn to classic FIFA gameplay. Apart from the names examined by the marketing departments, the first impression in the block area is that you find yourself in front of a more conservative edition
that shows some progressive changes in the dynamics of the game. In particular, the rhythm seemed to us to be a little quieter, while the disposition for the immediacy and spectacularity of the action was preserved, which has just become a trademark of the series in recent years. Some directional changes now seem a bit less effective, just as it is not possible to produce tricks in series without risking losing the ball. The fastest players still seem to have an advantage over those gifted in other physical qualities, but thanks to the limitations just mentioned, there is hope that they will no longer see the abuse of some of the dynamics that have plagued online games.
The physics of the ball gave us contradictory feelings, probably due to the different situations in which one finds oneself during the ninety minutes: In beats and passages the ball seems to have the right amount of weight while the ball is in contrast the right amount of weight gives the impression of being a bit too light. The feeling is that manual defense is still a bit penalized by the rebounds, which then reward the attacker with a greater frequency than reality, even if the defender's intervention is performed with the right amount of time and intensity. With regard to the artificial intelligence of our team, there is a general feeling that there is better positioning in the defensive phase, while the comrades in the attack seemed more proactive than in the past. For the CPU-driven teams, the markers on the highest difficulty levels are obviously narrower, so we have less time to develop our actions. One particular flaw seems to be the one associated with raids on the band: It happens quite often that the opposing full-backs "choose" to lose our wings to aim in the event of a double-pass that is in possession of the ball instead to make a cover. As far as the style of play is concerned, the various teams try to develop their identity through a close game and various levels of pressure: Fortunately, the times when Chievo was also produced in exhausting Tiki-Taka seem to be finally completed.
Un The last note refers to the new management of
Set pieces which are entrusted with the use of a finder on which the right staff is placed side by side for the type of punishment to be performed. It may just be a matter of time and habit, but the old method still seems to be the best compromise between simplicity of execution and effectiveness.
Graphics and Sound
FIFA 20 has almost reached the end of this generation of video games and makes no particular aesthetic progress compared to its predecessor. The decision for EA Sports was therefore to focus on an improvement from a choreographic and policy perspective, and to introduce new attitudes, which include, for example, the warming of the players before the game or the choreography of the curves. From this point of view, Ultimate Team has been enhanced with new customization options that allow us to better control the specifics of our club. At a glance, the presentation remains at a high level, even compared to the competition. From this point of view, it certainly helps the license of the
Champions League whose incomparable charm is properly exploited in the way the developers associated with this competition. In detail, FIFA 20 does not match the highs touched by eFootball PES 2020, especially in terms of player looks and the quality of some animations . Also, the number of reproduced faces that are reminiscent of the real one is severely limited compared to the competitor, where it is instead possible to see similarities even with lesser known players. Very nice is the care for details of the Volta pitches, whose types ranging from parking to the warehouse, on clay courts and more with great attention to detail.
The usual soundtrack level In addition to the commentary
which was again published by Pierluigi Pardo and Stefano Nava, a good degree of maturity was undoubtedly achieved. The number of phrases available to the two commentators is indeed quite high, allowing them to comment on derby rivalries and other specific matches without exaggerating them in undue slowness. Even situations in which the words do not agree with those in the field are kept to a minimum so that the commentary is pleasant enough to follow. At Volta, there is no commentary, but a background music, with which of course one tries to give the plot a greater rhythm, accompanied by screams and incitement phrases of his teammates and the audience.
First of all, it must be reported that the version of FIFA 20 that we were able to test these days contained the
Rose of the Teams which was only partially updated and made in the early stages of the summer transfer market Transfers collected. Just to give an idea, in Naples there were Manolas and Elmas and Verdi (sold to Turin), while Lozano and Llorente were absent. We do not currently know when the roses are equated with the end of the transmission window.

FIFA 20 preserves the soul of its predecessor, who, despite some realism components, devotes himself to the most spectacular and immediate aspect of football. In the initial phase, despite some gaps that can be fixed with the inevitable patches, the gaming experience seems to be the same as last year, but it allows to gradually appreciate the introduced changes to improve some dynamics and restrict others from abuse everything online. If you want a revolution, you have to "put up with" playing Volta, a modality that turns out to be very brave and entertaining even in single-player mode. However, its success is determined over the months by the estate and by the time players want to spend online at the expense of Ultimate Team and other traditional content.
Volta sometimes contains a very entertaining world of his own
Ultimate team getting richer and deeper
Revising some abusive online dynamics
More stable game rhythm …
.. and wait for what will happen with the boost of Ultimate Team
Defensive gaps in artificial intelligence
Graphics now at generation limits
The new set pieces do not convince
