TORONTO – After Joanna Jedrzejczyk returns to the division she once ruled after being defeated by the UFC women's flyweight title.
Jedrzejczyk said she would move back to 115 pounds to wait for the winner of an expected fight between Jessica Andrade and Nam Namia's straw weight world champion. Should Namajuna not be able to defend its belt, Jedrzejczyk expects another title shot.
"Rose only has four months left to defend, otherwise she could lose her belt if she does not fight," Jedrzejczyk said. "I was a pretty hard-working champion. Other champions are pretty busy. If you do not defend your title once a year, you lose your belt. "
