Jose Bautista has joined the Atlanta Braves, who want to put the veteran bat on the third base.
The Braves announced Wednesday that they agreed with Bautista on a minor league deal. The six-time All-Star has reported the organization's extensive spring training complex.

Ryan Flaherty was Atlanta's primary third base this season and has made a hot start, batting .354 in his first 14 games.
Bautista just hit .203 with 23 home runs and 65 RBIs last season. He has 331 Homer and 927 RBIs in parts of 14 seasons with Toronto, Pittsburgh, Kansas City, Tampa Bay and Baltimore.
