The Cleveland Cavaliers will launch Jose Calderon at Point Guard for Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers, the team announced on Sunday.
Calderon will line up for George Hill, who was left out of the game with backspasms  Hill was initially injured in Game 1 of the first-round series when Trevor Booker set a back wall on him.
Hill felt stiffness between games 1 and 2 in his back. He felt good enough to get 11 points. Half of the Pacers' 92-90 Game 3 defeat was "blocked" in front of his back, according to coach Tyronn Lue.
Lue said Sunday he was not sure Hill would be ready for Game 5 on Wednesday  Calderon started 32 games for the Cavs during the regular season. He scored five points in 1
