BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – A former football player from Denver Broncos and Colorado Buffalooes is now being charged with first-degree murder. Justin Bannan, 40, was arrested on Wednesday afternoon in Boulder after shooting in a shop called Black Lab Sports on 3550 Frontier Avenue.

Police documents point out that Bannan has made statements that the Russian mafia at the time of Shootout was behind him. He also had a rolled-up 20-dollar bill with cocaine residues.

On Wednesday, a policewoman reportedly shot Bannan in the same building. Your injuries are not life threatening.

The police said the shots were random. According to court records, the woman said to Bannan, "What the hell, you just shot me," and he replied, "I'm sorry, the Russian mafia is after me."
