Five Rift Valley MPs have claimed ODM followers have a political debt to Deputy President William Ruto for supporting Raila Odinga's bid for the 2007 State House.
MEPs received by their Bondo counterpart Gideon Ochanda at a funeral in the village of Masamba in eastern Yimbo called on the Luo community to settle the debt by supporting Ruto in his 2022 presidential bid.
