Though this is unlikely to be the end of Washington's time on the small screen (she has a total production contract with ABC and already sells two projects), the actress PEOPLE said she still mourns the end of the show.
"I think it's a process. I think I'm in a phase of processing," she said exclusively in the week's edition of People, on stalls now. "I'm not in complete denial, but I do not think the processing will be completed for a while, I was on a trek today and met Katie Lowes and we hugged each other for five minutes."
