After suffering an injury earlier this week, actor and singer-songwriter Kiefer Sutherland announced that the last three shows of his summer tour in Europe will be postponed to fall.
Sutherland shared the news with fans and followers on Instagram with Thursday.
"Unfortunately, I slipped on the steps of the bus when I traveled to Denmark and seriously injured a rib that makes breathing difficult and makes singing impossible," wrote the 52-year-old. "Unfortunately, I can not perform the last three shows of our tour, but have every intention to reproduce these shows when we return in September / October."
The star "Designated Survivor" ended his note with an apology to his fans.
"I apologize for the inconvenience caused to the fans who bought tickets," he said. "I will do everything I can to make amends. Thank you for your understanding. "
Fortunately, Sutherland has judged the situation well. After receiving the support of his fans, the singer from "Something You Love" gave a funny video of a cat falling down the stairs mocking his own mishap.
wrote. "We'll be back before you know … and I promise to go down more cautiously with a moving bus!"
Sutherland's second country album "Reckless & Me", released early this spring, after his critically acclaimed debut album "Down In A Hole" (2016).
