Malissa Ancona was sentenced to life imprisonment following the second-degree murder

The wife of a leader of Ku Klux Klan, Missouri, USA, admitted to shooting him two years ago.

47-year-old Malissa Ancona was sentenced to life imprisonment for culpably blaming herself for murder and other second-degree charges.

She had originally said that her son Paul Jinkerson had carried out the killing, but on Friday that said that was not the case. He is still in court.

Frank Ancona, a self-proclaimed "Imperial Wizard," was shot dead in a bedroom and parked by a river.

In a deal with prosecutors, Ancona confessed to St. Francois County Circuit Court on Friday for a second murder, manipulation of evidence and giving up a corpse, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.
