Kyle Pavone, singer of the band We Came As Romans, has died. He was 28.
The band shared the sad news on social media on Saturday and said with Pavone's death that "music has lost another great thing."
"Kyle's tragic loss came too soon in his life and that of his bandmates. His smile, his sincerity, his concern for others and his impressive musical talent will make him miss," the statement says. "Instead of flowers, we will provide charitable giving information next week, and the family and band would like to thank their fans and the music community for all their love and support as they navigate through their grief."
Pavone & # 39; s The cause of death was not immediately clear.
Band member Joshua Moore confirmed the news on Instagram and shared a picture of himself and Pavone.
"I love this picture so much because it shows you how I will always remember you," he subtitled the picture. "The craziest, silly, funniest and lovable kid I miss you so much."
We Came As Romans is an American Metalcore band founded in 2005 in Troy, Michigan.
A haunting text from the 2017 band's song "Promise Me" was one of the last things Pavone tweeted.
