Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend Camila Morrone shoots back at "common" trolls who criticized the couple's 22-year age gap and suggested he drop her soon.

Morrone took Instagram on Thursday to share him Several pictures of Hollywood power couple Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart, who simply write, "A love like this." The fans speculated that 22-year-old Morrone compared her relationship with 44-year-old DiCaprio with Bacall and Bogart, who were similarly agreed 25-year-old age gap.

"Yes, that's her icon, because Lauren liked her men 25 years older, famous and extremely rich, just as Camila likes her Leonardo," commented @scottsee.

Others suggested that DiCaprio – who, as a Reddit user pointed out, never had a wife has dated over 25 – will only use Morrone for her youthful appearance and will part with it as soon as she gets older.

"You have only a few more years before he lets you drop girls!" @veganncow commented while @ ka.th22 added, "Oh please, what he has with you is not love, he uses you."

The model and actress took part in Instagram Story Friday to address hatred head-on.

"Good morning guys and have a nice Friday. I've just read some of the comments on my Instagram and … my God, people are so mean and angry about people they do not know about," she said. "I think I just hope that this Friday people will learn to live with less hate and place their time and interests elsewhere because it feels pretty good to live without hate."

DiCaprio and Morrone have been together for over a year keeping their relationship private.

In May, the Lovebirds both attended the premiere of DiCaprio's latest movie "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" at the Cannes Film Festival. However, DiCaprio and Morrone arrived separately and did not pose together.

Morrone has her own connection to "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood". Al Pacino, who plays DiCaprio's agent in the film, had a long-term relationship with her mother, Lucila Solá.
