The Corsair, unveiled at the New York International Auto Show, is the smallest SUV in Lincoln's lineup, but the company does not save on the technology found in the vehicle. It has the same cool dash cluster as the Navigator and comes standard with the security features of the Lincoln Co-Pilot360, including the pre-collision assistant with automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection and blind spot monitoring.
With the Co-Pilot360 plus you get the usual adaptive system cruise control and lane support support the recognition of speed signs and the Stop-Go-Go Assistant. It also adjusts the speed of your cruise control when it encounters a speed limit change sign. For example, if you make 70 and notice that the speed limit has been reduced to 55, the Corsair automatically slows down. For those who want to be careful with the law, you can turn this feature off.
The Lincoln Corsair should be showrooms this fall.
