Actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer, Mossimo Giannulli, filed a non-culpable plea on Monday in the Federal Court in Boston.
Both have renounced their right to appear in court.
The federal prosecutor's office announced additional charges against Loughlin, Giannulli and 14 other wealthy parents last week. They face a conspiracy against mail and wire fraud and honest services against mail and wire fraud and a money laundering plot.
Loughlin is known for playing Aunt Becky's role on Full House . The Mossimo brand by Giannulli was a key clothing label by Target until 2017.
