Judge of the Court, Sonny Reagan, granted on Friday morning an application at the request of Mario and Tara Davenport, the parents of Maori Davenport. He called on the court to review the facts surrounding her daughter's case and prevent the Alabama High School Athletic Association from exempting Davenport from her eligibility to vote.
Charles Henderson is scheduled to play at 6:30 pm at Carroll High School and plan to play Davenport.
