Judge will not remove himself from the case

The judge of Meek Mill will NOT withdraw from his drug and gun case … even though the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has invited them to do so … TMZ has learned.
Genece Brinkley claims that she is Meek after her lawyer A. Charles Peruto, Jr.
Peruto tells TMZ that the judge does not believe the Supreme Court in any way rejected their decisions when he ordered that Meek go free without bail until the next hearing in June

Peruto says there were other police officers who testified in the case, and if their credibility is intact, the judge could not overturn the indictment's conviction.
Judge Brinkley's lawyer says the judge has no grudge against Meek and insists she was fair from the start.
But when the Supreme Court tried to gently suggest that Brinkley would move out of the case, the news was not received.
