The National Hurricane Center is at 23.00. The eastern update on Hurricane Dorian is a shattering warning to the state of Florida.
The report states that Dorian is now a Category 2 storm and is on his way to becoming a Category 4 before Florida is hit on Monday ,
Hurricane Hunter aircraft have also documented that the storm has increased in strength.

Kornacki interviewed NBC News meteorologist Bill Karins.

»The latest? I'll try to make a positive turn, because right now, three or four days after a landing, direct impact, the hurricane forecast I've just read and which I've just been informed about is the worst possible scenario. Karins explained.
"Why is that good news? I'm glad it's not tomorrow. Then it would be as bad as it could be. I hope that will change over the next three to four days, "he said.
