BROOKLYN, Iowa (KCRG) – A Washington Post article gives an insight into the life of Mollie Tibbetts family since her death this year.
Since Tibbet's assassination in July, Calderwood House has taken in someone new – a 17-year-old son of Mexican immigrants who actually knew Tibbetts' alleged killer.

Following the arrest of Bahena Rivera, his parents left the Brooklyn area for Illinois and left behind their American-born son.
The post says Mollie's younger brother Scott asked Calderwood if they could take Ulises and thought only of what Mollie would do.
Since then Felix has stayed in Calderwood's bedroom.

Bahena Rivera does not profess Tibbetts' death on September 19th. The defense and the prosecution have agreed to a hearing on April 16, 2019.
