Particularly noteworthy is the bottom of the phone, which has a USB-C port for transferring and loading data. Like most modern smartphones, the new RAZR does not seem to have a headphone jack. The V3i, the model that most people think of when they think back to the original RAZR, did not have a headphone jack – but that was another time before feature phones with enough internal memory for music were delivered. Call it an inadvertent recall.
In addition to a very eye-catching, notched display, the phone also has very prominent side hinges cut into the side bezels. MySmartPrice, the first publication showing the photos, suggests that this design peculiarity might be confined to the pre-production model photographed by the FCC, which seems unlikely. If you compare these new photos with the official-looking ones that leaked out at the end of last month, you can see that they are also prominent in these photos.
