Move freely: Exercise program builds strength and improves life | body and soul



It is an unfortunate fact of life that as we get older, certain aspects of our bodily liveliness that have remained carefree for many years fail us. Of course, we can mitigate these effects through sports and even enjoy many years of relatively good health, even into old age.

Leger is ACE certified health trainer, certified fitness trainer and instructor with almost 30 years of experience. She has a particular interest in coaching adults in their old age, especially those who are struggling with health and physical limitations.

Leger's mission is to improve patient compliance with the recommendations of their health advisors on the importance of physical activity. She works to support lifestyle changes and encourages her clients to take care of themselves daily to improve their health and enjoyment of life.

"Unlike many other exercise groups designed for younger people, it targets the elderly." "At some point I was a bit unsure about my balance, but now it's back," he said, "I can do 30 pushups now. "

All in all, L? Eplates sees this program as a true lifesaver and one that will help him maintain a healthy lifestyle for the years to come.
