He added that the conviction record contained nothing to suggest a collusion between the Trump team and Russia, and condemned the Mueller team as "overzealous media-inspired prosecutors" and "sick puppies."
The new documents do not contain any specifics about what Mueller learned from Flynn, but they point out that he provided "documents and communications" over his time when he was in the presidential transitional period Trump administration has worked.
Addendum to Mueller's memorandum states that Flynn "has accompanied several ongoing investigations, including the Russia probe and an" apparently separate "criminal investigator. "

As part of Flynn's lawsuit, he agreed to work with Müller's office in "all and all matters" that are considered relevant. According to the plea, Flynn's cooperation could include answering questions, conducting government-administered polygraph investigations, swearing affidavits and participating in "covert law enforcement activities".
Mueller's team has signed an agreement with several Trump members, including the former chairman of Trump Campaigns, Paul Manafort, whom the Special Prosecutor now claims has violated his request by lied to the investigators. Manafort was convicted of financial fraud several times over the summer in connection with his work as a political adviser in Ukraine.
Mueller's team signed a deal with former long-time Trump lawyer Michael Cohen last week after he pleaded guilty to false statements to Congress regarding his description of Trump's plans to build a Trump tower in Moscow. Cohen told the Senate Intelligence Committee that discussions on the project with Russia ended in January 2016 ahead of the Iowa Congress, the first competition in the presidential primaries.
Cohen admitted last week in court that the discussions on the Moscow project were not ended until June 2016, long after the presidential race began.
The Müller-Cohen deal also includes collaboration with federal prosecutors. A criminal case is expected to be filed on Friday in Cohen's case.
With the exception of Flynn and Cohen, Mueller's team has accused Trump's former foreign policy adviser, George Papadopoulos, of false statements made to the FBI. He is currently serving a 14-day prison term.

He added, "As an ex-prosecutor, false statements are a distant second place."
According to memos written by Comey, President Trump attempted to protect Flynn by asking Comey to investigate his false statements Trump has refused to ask Comey to stop the investigation, but the conversation between the fired FBI director and the president is reportedly being investigated by the Special Representative's office as he investigates Trump's attempts to investigate Russia
