Among the demands of 2016, a subpoena was published which called for the publication of the full report in the Russian intervention during the elections. The current version "leaves most of it Congress in the dark ".
The Democrat Jerry Nadler, chairman of the Parliament's Judiciary Committee, argued that they were entitled to a non-editorial version.
The Democrats pledged to prosecute Donald Trump after his release on Thursday's report.
Mr. Trump's legal team argues that the President is completely relieved.

Although the report says that the President did not work with the Russians, he did not come to a firm conclusion on the issue of disability of the judiciary.
It also contains large factions of editorial staff that Mr. Nadler says "seems to matter" when he reveals how Legal Counselor Müller and his team came to their conclusions
What is included in the report  Mr Miller's report says that he found no criminal conspiracy between Mr Trump's campaign and Russia, but could not reach a concrete legal conclusion as to whether Mr Trump was trying to obstruct the investigation.
"If, after a thorough investigation into the facts, we were confident that the President was clearly not obstructing, we would say so," the report said. "Due to the facts and applicable legal standards, we can not reach this verdict.
"Although this report does not conclude that the President has committed a crime, he does not relieve him."
The report also reveals:
- Mr. Trump assigned a White House lawyer try to remove Mr. Müller for alleged "conflicts of interest," but the lawyer resigned because "he did not intend to" follow the directive.
- Mr. Müller investigated ten lawsuits by the President regarding the obstruction of justice he said largely "took place in public"
- The report states that a potential disability d he just failed justice by the president because members of his government had refused to "execute orders"

What do the Democrats say?
Mr. Nadler issued the summons on Friday for the full, unadjusted version, which will give the US Attorney the answer by May 1.
"My committee needs and is entitled to receive the full version of the report and the underlying evidence in line with past practice," said Nadler.
"Editors appear to be significant, and we have not seen any of the actual evidence developed by the Special Counsel for this case.
The Democrats had already vowed to publicly testify to Mr. Muller before the Congress Congressman Jackie Speier told the BBC that he had basically awarded the ball to Congress and said, "The judiciary must be hampered."
The Democrats also attacked US Attorney General William Barr and accused him of " misleading with an earlier summary by Mr Trump of the findings of the report on the obstruction of justice.

Mr. Trump celebrated on Thursday and said it was a "good day" and there was "k an agreement "and" no obstacles ".

How did the Russians react?
Russia dismissed the report's findings, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said it contained "no new information."
