The deadly asteroid, larger than a two-story house, was designated NASA's 2018 WN Asteroid. The enormous space rock is expected to pass the Earth and appear closest to its planet as it passes at 11:49 GMT. Although NASA astronomers believe the asteroid is not on its way into our world, its destructive potential is still impressive.
NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory scientists estimate the asteroid measurements somewhere near 40 feet to 91 feet (12 meters) 28 meters.
Asteroid 2018 WN may not be the end of life on Earth as we know it, but even the bottom end of NASA's estimate poses a potential threat to heavily populated areas.
In 2013, more than 1,000 people were injured after a 65 meter wide space rock broke out over the Russian city of Chelyabinsk.
The resulting impact smashed the windows and sent fragments of glass into the bodies of the victims.

Matija Cuk of Cornell University, New York, is rare in the effects of these smaller asteroids and no cases are known in which they are fatal.
The space expert said: "Smaller meteorites that fell to the ground are a very small hazard and have never been reported to have been killed by a small meteorite."
"I heard that a dog was killed by a fallen meteorite In 1
" Nevertheless, traffic, pollution and even lightning are far more dangerous than small meteorites. "

Recently, astronomers have admitted that in there are undiscovered asteroids in our galaxy, some of which endanger life on Earth.
Researchers at the University of Madrid have tried to figure out how likely it is for large asteroids to shatter into smaller pieces that will shatter our planet. The products of "catastrophic" collisions are nearly impossible to track due to their "chaotic orbit before impact".
And if a huge asteroid is a flyingba He would not have time to evacuate those in the line of fire.

The researchers wrote: "Asteroids can deliver meteorites to the inner planets if their paths are those of the Cross planets at the right time, resulting in an impact. "
On Earth, meteorites collected after observing light fireballs were tentatively attributed to the near-Earth object population or collision events in the main asteroid belt.
The scientists discussed the effects of an object called 2018 LA, between nine and 12 feet wide, which collided with Earth just hours after its discovery.
The asteroid hit Earth's atmosphere at 38,000 miles per hour, sending a fearsome fireball across Botswana across the sky.
"This was a much smaller object than we are instructed to read and warn," said Lindley Johnson, NASA's Planetary Defense Officer.
In their new work, the two Spanish researchers warned that only three natural objects were discovered before they collided with the Earth.
It is possible that 2018 LA was created during a massive collision between two or more rocks in the asteroid belt – meaning more meteorites are on the way.
The researchers discovered "well over two dozen" asteroids, similar in size to "2018 LA," shape and orientation in space.
