NASA engineer admits that parts of the epic glitter fart bombing prank were wrong

Mark Rober, a former NASA engineer who now spends his time creating YouTube videos, was recently released as an online hero for his masterful act of revenge against would-be thieves. If you missed it, he put together a glitter bomb that is disguised as a common package so unscrupulous pilgrims might learn a lesson – do not steal from people. Hilarity follows, but unfortunately not all reactions were real.

"I've removed 1.5 minutes of footage since uploading the video, and I've received information that has led me to doubt the truthfulness of 2's 5 reactions in the video," Rober said on Twitter ,

Rober insists that he did not knowingly stage any of the reactions himself, and that the video in which a thief steals a package from his own porch is genuine. It is the video clips of some other reactions of those he has commissioned with this video to be fake.

To refine his video, Rober has "put a feel for the people willing to show a package on their porch" and offered to compensate them.

The person who helped me. Of the films I received from the phones that were intentionally recorded only at certain times, I did not realize that, "explains Rober.

In other words, Rober was fooled by a few people he used for the Paid part in the prank, and so did everyone watching the video.

"I'm really sorry about that. Ultimately, I'm responsible for the content that goes on my channel and that I should have done more here, "added Rober." I'm particularly disappointed because so much time, money and effort went into building the device, and I hope that this not only pollutes the entire effort as a "forgery". It really works. "

This is a pity part of the video turned out to be a fake, but many people are willing to pass a passport to Rober for his transparency and apology.

" I appreciate your honesty and integrity, Mark , This will not affect your video. It's still a great invention and fun video you need to watch. Your recording and editing preserves your credibility 1

00 percent. Keep up the great work! "Answered a Twitter user."

Most replies are of the same kind and rightly so.Sure, Rober could have done some more diligence, but these things happen, and he takes on responsibility, says a lot about his character. We also agree with the above comment that his glitter bomb is still an impressive piece of technology.

Keep it up, Rober!
