The US Department of Agriculture and Food Inspection (FSIS) has announced that Arizona-based JBS Tolleson, Inc. is withdrawing more than 12 million pounds of intact beef due to possible contamination with Salmonella Newport. 19659002] This is an extension of a recall of £ 6.5 million the company had made in October.
The products, including ground beef, were packaged between July 26, 2018 and September 7, 2018, and the recalled products have the company number "EST 267" within the USDA mark.
