The march through the regular 2018-19 NBA season continues on Thursday night as a pair of nationwide televised matches between potential playoff teams highlight the league's four-game plan.

While the showdowns between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Boston Celtics and the matchup between the Denver Nuggets and the Los Angeles Lakers will mark the night, the Portland Trail Blazers will attempt to compete against the upstart Orlando Magic during the Cleveland Cavaliers to get back on track with a win against the rival of the Central Division in the Detroit Pistons.

Given the kind of performances we've seen up to this point of the season, especially at the offensive end of the stick, fans should wait for another exciting night of NBA basketball.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are without their best players as they face the Pistons in Detroit on Thursday night as experienced striker Kevin Love was eliminated by the Cavs for left foot pain. Love has played in all four of the team's previous games, averaging 19 points and 13.5 rebounds per game.
