On the way to the second round of the NCAA 2019 tournament for men, the chalk largely lives. All 12 teams with top three seed have developed for the campaign March Madness this weekend.

But without drama, no big dance is complete.

The early frontrunner of Cinderella's story of the year is No. 1

2- Murray State Racers, the Ohio Valley Conference, has a potential Top Two Draft by the NBA. Yes Morant scored a triple-double in Murray State's triumph over the fifth-placed Marquette Golden Eagles in the West region on Thursday.

Together with no. 13 UC Irvine go 12 seeds Oregon and Liberty in the second round. There must be something in the California waters, as all three teams are in the San Jose area.

Nevertheless, the experts of Bleacher Report David Gardner, David Kenyon, Kerry Miller and Elliott Pohnl have high expectations of the favorites in the second round, which starts on Saturday ,

The Terps dominate the rebounding battle and successfully control the pace. At KenPom.com, the LSU ranks 64th in the country, but is most vulnerable when forced to play a methodical game. Maryland has the seventh-best rebound rate in the country at 56 percent.

    LSU wins if …

It protects the ball offensively and prevents Maryland from owning the glass. Luckily for the tigers, their adversary is one of the nation's worst upheavals. Matchup: # 7 Wofford Vs. No. 2 Kentucky (Midwest Region)

Details: Saturday at 14:40 ET (CBS) in Jacksonville, Florida

Wofford Wins If … [19659004] Fletcher Magee is a flamethrower from the district and Nathan Hoover delivers some three pointers. Magee is third in Division I and Hoover shoots 46.1 percent from the depths. The terriers are not as impressive as Kentucky, but the SEC team are a miserable 203-point national in three-point defense.

Kentucky Wins If …

The defense forces Wofford to win within the arc. Although the Wildcats may be able to do without striker PJ Washington (foot injury), they are the country's seventh stingiest two-point defense. Kentucky is 4: 4 if he gives up at least ten triples this season.

It would also be helpful if Tyler Herro and Keldon Johnson had an above-average influence from the outside. The cats have the 13th lowest three-point test rate, so it is important that they be efficient in these limited shots.

The main players are …

Fletcher Magee for Wofford and Tyler Herro for Kentucky. Magee has never seen a look he did not like, but his gravity gives his teammates additional opportunities. Herro, along with Ashton Hagans, will have the task of contesting these rounds and containing a grandiose group of Wofford shooters.

Matchup: # 10 Florida Vs. No. 2 Michigan (West Region)

Details: Saturday at 5:15 pm ET (CBS) at Des Moines, Iowa

Florida wins when …

The Gators use the seemingly inevitable cold spurt for the Michigan crime. Florida is not impressive in terms of scoring as the effective field goal percentage ranges from 49.9 to 233 nationwide. Florida's 33.3 three-point clip is also 233.

Although both offenses favor super slow tempos, Florida is 8-14 if the opponent scores more than 60 points. For Michigan, this is an exceptionally low value.

Michigan wins if …

No aggressive defense is sacrificed. Florida is ranked 26th in the opposing flotation, while Michigan is offensively fourth in turnover. As long as the Wolverines do not betray their possessions, Florida's mediocre attack on Toring will be forced to provide high-quality opportunities against a semi-legal defense that rarely permits them.

The main players are …

Jalen Hudson for Florida and Zavier Simpson for Michigan. Part of Florida's big problem is the lack of a reliable creator in attack. Hudson has this advantage, but he does not show it consistently. Simpson is one of the nation's best on-ball defenders, helping the Wolverines with an average of 6.7 assists.

When Murray State Wins If …

Yes, Morant does Yes Morant stuff, and the Racers can handle the size of the state of Florida. Morant has the talent to control a game, which shows in the first round with 17 points, 16 assistants and 11 rebounds. The cunning of the point guard can make up for the big difference in height, but that's a serious problem for Murray State.

Only three members of the rotation are larger than 6 "4", while the second-smallest rotation player of the FSU has the same height

Baylor wins if …

The Bears do not allow Gonzaga to live in transition. According to Hoop-Math.com, 32 percent of the Zags' first field goals are in transition, and their effective field goal percentage of 64.3 for the break is the same for the third best mark.

Baylor ranks 296 tempo per KenPom and allows the 40th lowest rate of initial transition attempts via Hoop-Math.com.

Matchup: # 10 Minnesota Vs. No. 2 Michigan State (East)

Details: Saturday at 19:45 ET (CBS) at Des Moines, Iowa

    Minnesota wins when …

The defense enforces better than usual sales. The Golden Gophers had only five takeaways in the opening round and they are 3-8 if their opponents have less than ten turnovers.

Minnesota must also focus on the victor's fight. Nine of the team's 13 losses have happened when the Gophers have not scored at least 50 percent of all misses.

Michigan State Will Win When …

Minnesota will not suddenly become an elite team for perimeter shooting. Michigan State's three-point defense is way above average, but the Spartans are 5-5 when the opponent hits 37.5 percent or more of his triple. Otherwise, head coach Tom Izzo's coach is 24-1.

    The main players are …

Jordan Murphy for Minnesota and Cassius Winston for Michigan State. Murphy has a double double on average, but also has 6.9 free-throw attempts per game. His presence inside is critical to the success of Minnesota. On the other hand, the criminal offense of MSU by Winston draws on the sidelines. He has 19.1 points and 7.5 assists per game.

Details: Saturday at 20:40 ET (Hartford, Connecticut)

        Villanova Wins …

Click the three-point shooter. Villanova has the fourth-highest rate of three-point attempts in the country, but is only 126 with a 35.4 clip from the city center. While the wild cats are 14-1 in 35 percent of their trifectas, anything below the mark can cause problems. Villanova is 12-8 in these competitions.

        Purdue wins if …

Carsen Edwards is still shouldering the hit load efficiently. The outstanding junior has averaged 21.3 points per game in the team, but has shot a meager 23.7 from downtown since the beginning of February while still trying 9.5 per game.

In addition, Purdue has a notable edge in the rebounding department. Villanova is a decent rebound team, but the Boilermakers are a bit more effective in attacking glass. Seizing the chances of the second chance will be crucial.

        The main players are …

Phil Booth for Villanova and Edwards for Purdue. Booth, Wildcats' leading scorer and passer, is not just a defender. He will probably be tasked with defending Purdue's star. Edwards must have an efficient day; since both offenses prefer methodical tempos, ownership will be limited.

Details: Saturday at 9:40 am ET (TBS) at Salt Lake City

        Auburn Wins If …

The Tigers are causing a mess that can be disturbed with sales. Auburn has the best snack rate in the nation, while the Jayhawks averaged only 170th in giveaways. Kansas is 197th to 197th in terms of the effective percentage field goal percentage of the opponent, according to Hoop-Math.com.

        Kansas wins if …

Just as against Northeastern, Kansas attacks the rim. Auburn is 205th in the two-point defense and the Jayhawks shot 66.7 percent inside the arc in the first round.

However, this indoor presence must defensively complement a strong defense. Auburn's three-point attempt rate is eighth in the country, and head coach Bruce Pearl's Tigers converted at a rate of 37.7 percent. If Auburn catches fire, Kansas can not keep up with the shooters.

        The main players are …

Dedric Lawson for Kansas and Jared Harper for Auburn. Lawson has a double double on average and is now the Jayhawks' best three-point threat as Lagerald Vick is no longer in the team. Harper and his 5.7 assists per game will be the key to the collapse of Kansas.

Details: Sunday at 12:10 ET (CBS) in Columbus, Ohio

        Iowa wins if …

The three-point brigade is in full force. Tennessee has an unbeatable skill when it comes to color. This is a problem for Iowa's terrible two-point defense. it ranks 316th national. But the Hawkeyes have four players who try three or three triples a night, and everyone has a conversion clip of 38 percent.

Iowa also can not afford to have worked on the glass. While Tyler Cook is the leading rebounder, the Hawkeyes need a full team effort to hold the Vols.

        Tennessee wins if …

There is no complete disaster in the area. During the first-round victory, the Vols Colgate scored a 15 by 29 three-point mark. Luckily for Tennessee, it managed to bury nine threes the fourth highest total of the season in order to atone for it.

The Vols must also be careful that they also take care of trouble. Iowa has the second-highest free throw / field goal rate in the country.

        The main players are …

Cook for Iowa and Admiral Schofield for Tennessee. As mentioned before, Cook is the best rebounder of Iowa. He also has a team of 14.9 points and 2.4 assists per game. Schofield is not the star, but his 19 points drove the Vols in the first round. And against an Iowa squad led by the periphery, Schofield's superb defense can turn off an option.

Matchup: # 9 Washington Vs. No. 1 North Carolina (Midwest)

Details: Sunday at 14:40 ET (CBS) in Columbus, Ohio

Washington wins … [19659004] It slows the pace by hitting blows and forcing revenue. While this combination is easy, 16-year-old Iona took on a surprising half-time lead over North Carolina. With a national pace of 257 per KenPom, the huskies could thwart the UNC.

But above all, it has to take 40 minutes.

North Carolina wins if …

Zone defense does not cause unnecessary problems. Mike Hopkins, Washington coach, served as Syracuse assistant to Jim Boeheim for more than two decades. The Tar Heels should know what they will face in the second round.

As long as UNC can drive the pace with some regularity, UW's uninspiring offense is unlikely to be able to keep up.

The main players are …

Matisse Thybulle for Washington and Cameron Johnson for North Carolina. Thybulle collected eight combined steals and blocks in the first round of the Utah State Aggies triumph, and this ability to end their ownership will be crucial to UW's ability to slow down the pace. Johnson is an elite spot-up shooter that is especially valuable in front of a zone.

Details: Sunday at 17:15 ET (CBS) in Columbia, South Carolina

UCF wins when …

The knights force the seed # 1 to gain from the outside. Duke has the nation's fifth-highest two-point percentage, but is the 14th worst three-point shooting squad. UCF center Tacko Fall, who is 7 & 6cm tall, should use his stature better.

Fortunately for UCF, he scored 13 points, 18 rebounds and five blocks on Friday, which will be his best game of the season

Duke Wins If …

Zion Williamson and Co. Force UCF to Transition in Transition Despite a tempo of 309 per KenPom, the Knights are still 279th in opposing first field trials after the break, according to Hoop-Math.com If Duke has room to run, look below.

After all, few teams can handle the Blue Devils athletics yes, we mean mostly Williamson

The main players are …

Case for UCF and RJ Barrett for Duke We have highlighted that the effects of case are up; shows from Michigan transfer Aubrey Dawkins, the te I am the best three-point shooter, Zion has at this Basically set a 25-point floor. Matchup: No. 6 Buffalo Vs. No. 3 Texas Tech (West Region)

Details: Sunday at 18:10 ET (TNT) at Tulsa, Oklahoma

    Buffalo Wins If …

The team manages to increase the pace throughout the game. The bulls are very effective at half courts, but most productive in the transition. The problem is that they are in Kenya at the tenth fastest pace in the country, while Texas Tech is ranked 222.

Buffalo is not particularly efficient in the three-point range (33.6 percent, 223 nationwide), but usually shoots a bunch. If the bulls have an above-average day from afar, they will put immense pressure on the Red Raiders.

    Texas Tech wins when …

It wins in transition. While the Bulls can survive when the opponent slows down their shotgun, Texas Tech is usually not a big threat that quickly goes the other way. During the first-round win against Northern Kentucky Norse, the Red Raiders forced 17 sales and earned some easy points to get a comfortable score.

    The main players are …

Nick Perkins for Buffalo and Jarrett Culver for Texas Tech. Buffalo leans on his backcourt, but he needs Perkins to provide a secondary option if ball movement is missing. Culver dominated the Friday's clash with 29 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, and is an up-and-coming prospect for the NBA.

Matchup: No. 12 Liberty Vs. No. 4 Virginia Tech (East Region)

Details: Sunday at 19:10 ET (TBS) in San Jose, California

Liberty Wins If …

The offense can repeat its sensational long-distance show from the opening round. Liberty scored 12 out of 25 at the end of the arc, highlighted by five triples from Caleb Homesley. The junior scored a career high of 30 points in the state of Mississippi.

Even giveaways could ruin the chances of winning the Flames. Virginia Tech ranks 31st in the opposing turnover, forcing victory over the 13th Saint Louis in the first half alone.

Virginia Tech wins if …

Freedom is not a factor on the offensive glass. The flames are only 256th in the category anyway, so it does not seem particularly significant. However, since Virginia Tech enforces the second highest rate of three-point attempts, loose balls should be a regular sight.

Combine that with VTs normal output from the perimeter, and the ACC school could get a comfortable profit.

The main players are …

Homesley for Liberty and Nickeil Alexander Walker for Virginia Tech. Scottie James is the Liberty Marquee player, but works in the post. The flames must have a terrible day outside. Alexander Walker leads the Hokies in overall points, helping and stealing, while shooting better than 38 percent from a distance.

Matchup: # 9 Oklahoma Vs. No. 1 Virginia (South Region)

Details: Saturday at 19:45 ET (Columbia) in Columbia, South Carolina

    Oklahoma Wins If …

The Sooners have an atypical night and control the rebound battle. After cutting Ole Miss in the first round, they have achieved a rebound rate of at least 50 percent in 16 of 33 games. Oklahoma is 14-2 in these runs, but otherwise 6-11.

Long-term efficiency is also a critical part of Virginia's wonderment. Since the Sooners are only 196th in this department nationally, they must break this trend.

    Virginia wins when …

A slow start does not plague the team … once again. The Gardner-Webb Bulldogs jumped 12 points ahead of the ACC champion of the season, who eventually took control of the game after the nerve-racking first half.

On paper, Virginia is the big favorite chalkboard. As long as the Wahoos do not make any pointless sales, three of them cold or incapable of being on the glass, they are fine. But we know better than to overlook outliers with UVA, right?

    The main players are …

Brady Manek for Oklahoma and Kyle Guy for Virginia. Christian James is the leader of the Sooners offense, but OU needs a complementary scorer against the formidable Cavaliers defense. Guy stumbled to a 2-out of 8 mark with eight points against Gardner-Webb, but has an explosive goal potential if he's a factor in the area.

Matchup: # 11 in the US state of Ohio. No. 3 Houston (Midwest Region)

Details: Sunday at 20:40 ET (TNT) in Tulsa, Oklahoma

    Ohio State Wins When …

The rebounding battle clearly favors the Buckeyes. Houston's three losses not only included a total rebound rate of less than 52 percent, but the state of Ohio is 5-12 if it does not reach the mark.

Houston is particularly active and collects his own misses. Yes, the Buckeyes have to beat three, but it's extremely important to limit Houston to one chance.

    Houston wins when …

It's as productive as usual on the glass as it wins the girth. The Cougars have only a 103 percent share of three points, but that's still 87 points higher than in Ohio. Defensive Houston's 27.6 clip is allowed, which is nothing short of outstanding (and second highest national).

Annoying problems are a problem for Houston, especially as the Buckeyes shoot a decent percentage on the line. If the Cougars offer no free rides to strip, they should be in good condition.

    The main players are …

Kaleb Wesson for the state of Ohio and Corey Davis Jr. for Houston. Wesson scored 21 points in the first round and the Buckeyes improved to 14: 2 as he scored 15 plus. Davis buried seven threes and finished with 26 points and six assists in a Georgia State Panthers defeat.

Matchup: # 13 UC Irvine Vs. No. 12 Oregon (South Region)

Details: Sunday at 21:40 ET (TBS) in San Jose, California

    UC Irvine Wins …

Max Hazzard puts the anteaters on their backs. In December, he took ten three-pointers against Denver. A repetition of this performance is of course unlikely. But UC Irvine is not very focused on ranged weapons, and Oregon has the nation's eleventh-best perimeter defense. Hazzard has to be effective.

The ducks are vulnerable when they are outnumbered on the boards. Nine out of twelve losses occurred when they did not catch at least 50 percent of all available rebounds.

    Oregon wins if …

It succeeds in scoring consistently on the inside. In the two-point defense UC Irvine is the leader in this country. Oregon's 34.3-percent mark is just 188. The ducks have some respectable shooters but are prone to massive fluctuations in efficiency.

Because both programs have slow tempos, Oregon can gain a big edge by winning the sales battle. The ducks are ranked 52nd in their opponents' fluctuation rate, while UC Irvine is 288.

    The main players are …

Hazzard for UC Irvine and Louis King for Oregon.

Yes, Morant does Yes Morant stuff, and the Racers can handle the size of the state of Florida. Morant has the talent to control a game, which shows in the first round with 17 points, 16 assistants and 11 rebounds. Only three members of the rotation are larger than 6 "4", while the second-smallest rotation player of the FSU has the same height

Culver dominated the clash on Friday with 29 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, and is an up-and-coming prospect for the NBA.

Virginia Tech ranks 31st in the opposing turnover rate, forcing victory over 13th Saint Louis in the first half alone.
