A new Star Wars game has been announced. During EA Play 2018, Vince Zampella of Respawn Entertainment announced the game. Not much details were announced, but name and publication period were announced.
The new Star Wars game by Respawn Entertaiment is called the Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order and was unveiled during EA Play 2018. The game will feature Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars: Episode VI – Playing a New Hope. Jedi Fallen Order will appear in late 2019, but on which consoles is still unclear. Presumably it is the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
According to Zampella, the game really does play in the dark ages of the Star Wars universe. It is confirmed that you can use a lightsaber as a player. During the revelation, no game was shown on Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, so it's hard to say what the game will look like.
New Star Wars game gets dark
It was strongly emphasized that Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order will get a dark tone. Of course, that's because Jedi had a hard time after Episode III. They were virtually destroyed by Darth Sidious and his Order 66, which slaughtered the Jedi.
