If they stay at # 18, here are five names the Seahawks could target.
However, Seattle's magic was never in the first round. And lately there was little. What happened to the team that owned the middle and late laps? Bob goes into detail here.

20:35 It's all over – Round 1 is That. The Ravens trade back to the first round and use the # 32 pick on Louisville QB Lamar Jackson. Until tomorrow. The Seahawks have currently set up a pimple: the 12th pimple of the third round, 76th place overall. The action begins at 4 pm
20:45 Breaking: The Seahawks have not traded back! With the total selection of No. 27, the Seahawks choose San Diego State Rashaad Penny back. Bob Condotta has the whole story.
Stefanie Loh gives you a dollar for a penny.
19:42 OK, here we are again. Seahawks' selection is upon us, the Patriots take Georgia offensive lineman Isaiah Wynn 23rd overall (despite Louisville QB still on the board), reported a possible goal for Seattle. Probable time for the election of No. 27: 19:57
19:01 And then they went down. The Seahawks move back nine places, swapping the Packers (18 for 27) First-Rounders for the third and sixth rounds. With the choice, Green Bay Louisville takes security Jaire Alexander. Bob Condotta has all the story .
6:57 pm Seahawks on the clock … but a top-notch potential goal, Florida State Security win James, is ahead of the board with a pick , at number 17 to the chargers.
6:44 p. Three tips to go until the 18th. Will the Seahawks pick there? Who knows. Adam Schefter reports that Seattle is not the only team that wants to retreat:
And at No. 14, the saints – the next year's first round exchanged to No 27 – took UTSA defensive end Marcus Davenport, a popular selection mocked at the Hawks.
18:29 Vita Vea is off the board! The Tampa Bay Buccaneers take the Huskies Defensive Lineman 12th, making them the fifth UW player to win in the first four rounds of the first four rounds. Adam Jude has the whole story here .
6:20 pm So, an updated look at NFC West QBs. Not too shabby …
SEA – Russell Wilson (29)
SF – Jimmy Garoppolo (1945)
LAR – Jared Goff (23)
ARI – Josh Rosen (21) The true … Russell Wilson is now the oldest quarterback star in NFC West.
6:14 TRADE! The Cardinals are acquiring the selection of Raiders at # 10 and draft UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen, which some analysts have designated as the best QB in the entire class. But he is the fourth. Details on the Cardinals' Trade: Nos. 15, 79, and 152 for No. 10.
18:20 Will the Seahawks vote at No. 18 or trade? We are just under an hour from the scheduled pick time of 7:04. Our Bob Condotta says that he continues to hear that the Seahawks are working to relegate from 18th place.
18:06 The first NFC West pick is in. At No. 9 take the San Francisco 49ers Notre Dame offensive lineman Mike McGlinchey. This is the second Irish offensive lineman. A mock draft update: Bob and Larry are … zero for nine. But eight of the top nine players were ridiculed!
17:20 Selecting a Seattle Connection Number 1? Former Seahawks exec and draft guru Scot McCloughlan brought his expertise to Cleveland, after being raved as GM in Washington, DC McCoughnlan, via Baker Mayfield on Doug Gottlieb's radio show last year, as pointed out on Twitter by NFL reporter Melissa Jacobs.
17:17 The selection is here!
Add a different name to the list …
16:58 "We thought it could get wild and it could happen very early." According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the Broncos are exploring a trade to the number 2 overall, where they would probably design a quarterback. UPDATE: After Bradley Chubb finished sixth in the NC State Defense position, Adam Schefter of ESPN refutes Rapoport's report.

16:02 All right, people. We are one hour away from design time. Which means that we are probably still over two hours from the Seahawks, who finish in 18th place. That is, if they cling to it. What should be considered before Seattle's selection? How about UW D-Lineman Vita Vea? John Ross was ninth last year, the highest a Husky got since Jake Locker (# 8) in 2011. Adam Jude has put together the latest mock drafts here.
