Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are back in the States following a stay abroad in Mumbai, India.
The couple, who had just confirmed their engagement and celebrated, enjoyed a brunch date at the well-known celebrity club Nobu in Malibu. The Quantico star wore high-waist jeans and a black shirt while her fiancé wore a blue shirt and brown pants.
Last week, Chopra, Jonas and their families gathered in Mumbai for the wedding festivities, including a traditional Roka ceremony.
Kevin Jonas Sr. posted many pictures on Instagram at the Family Reunion. "What an amazing day of celebration for @nickjonas and @priyankachopra commitment and Indian culture," he wrote in a slideshow of photos of the various events.
Jonas Sr. wrote in another picture that Jonase's fiancée's sons welcome "into our family with love and excitement."
On July 26, the news of their engagement spread after talking about two months had long arranged with her. The actress showed her engagement ring, which cost about $ 200,000, in an Instagram image with her girlfriend Raveena Tandon
WP Diamonds President Andrew Brown told E! News at the time that the ring weighs about 4 carats. The "Jealous" singer apparently has a Tiffany & Co. store in London to have as much privacy as possible while finding the perfect ring for his lover.
Nick's dad was not the only parent who gushes about future in-laws. Chopra's mother, Madhu Chopra praised her daughter's beauty and called him "calm and mature". She told According to Hrs : "He is so polite and respectful to elders." What more can a mother want? "
During the time in Mumbai, the future newlyweds visited an orphanage where Chopra danced in front of a crowd. "My heart is full," wrote Jonas in an Instagram video of the visit.
On Friday, the former Jonas Brothers member released a song with Robin Schulz named "Right Now" and may or may not have some hidden messages to his future bride. "And I swear the next time I hold you / I will not let you go / You'll never be alone, I'll never let you go," Jonas sings.
Neither Jonas nor Schulz have said publicly about the inspiration of the song, but it sounds a bit like part of a wedding ceremony: having and keeping from that day on.
