Nintendo unveiled its plans for the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), the major gaming industry show in June. The event includes a video game revelation and a tournament for the Splaton 2 World Championship.
Nintendo returns to the E3 from June 12 through June 14, with popular activities and new features to keep viewers in Los Angeles Angeles
As in previous years, Nintendo will focus its E3 activities on games which will be released soon, with an important headline title being highlighted: the recently announced Super Smash Bros. game comes on the Nintendo Switch system this year. Games starting after 2018 will be shown later.
At the Belasco Theater in Los Angeles, starting Monday, June 1
The finale will take place the next day on Tuesday, June 12, immediately followed by the Super Smash Bros. Invitational 2018 tournament, where invited players will compete against each other in the recently announced Super Smash Bros. game for Nintendo Switch.
Some fans appearing disguised as their favorite Nintendo character on June 12 may be selected to play the upcoming Super Smash Bros. game on stage in the showroom. Tickets will be issued on-site at the Belasco Theater in Los Angeles on each day of the event.
Then, on Tuesday, June 12, at 9 pm Pacific Time, Nintendo will release a video presentation featuring games from 2018, including the recently announced Super Smash Bros. game for Nintendo Switch. Right after the presentation, Nintendo Treehouse: Live | E3 2018 begins with three days of live gameplay, developer appearances and an insider's look at games, starting with the upcoming Super Smash Bros. game for Nintendo Switch.
