North American International Auto Show in Detroit moves to …




DETROIT – Starting in 2020, the annual North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) will be held in Detroit in June.

The 2020 NAIAS will begin the week of June 8, organizers announced Monday. The plan is to permanently relocate the show from January to June, when the weather in Detroit is much more pleasant. This will help the exhibition to put together outdoor exhibits.

The car show will remain at the Cobo Center in Detroit, but more exhibits will open at "several venues in Detroit and beyond," say the organizers.
