Now it is AOC against the Democratic Party.
Firebrand freshman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Queens / Bronx) trains her Twitter guns at the leadership of her own party to protest a policy directed against the threat of threats
"The new rule of @ DCCC to blacklist + boycott anyone who does business with primary challengers is utterly divided and detrimental to the party." Ocasio-Cortez tweeted on Saturday recommendation if you're a donor to small-scale Dollars are: Interrupt your donations to DCCC and instead submit Swing candidates directly. Last week, the Democratic Congress Campaign Committee announced that it would take revenge on pollsters, strategists and others who would do so, accepting democratic challengers as customers.
The rule was seen as a rebuke by Ocasio-Cortez, who last month had threatened to put Democratic moderates, who vote alongside the Republicans, on a "list" and lead them out of office in 2020 primaries.
AOC followed her tweet with a series of posts promoting Democratic campaigns in California and Illinois.
