Monmouth County health officials say there may have been an occupational exposure to an Englishtown restaurant.
According to officials, if you were in Rosalita's Roadside Cantina at noon on Friday, you could be at risk for the measles.
Exposure to measles would have occurred between 11:30 and 15:30.

Officials say the unknown person from Middlesex County has eaten at the restaurant.
The restaurant manager says that they are working to let their patrons and employees know.
The officials say if you have been exposed, you are in danger. Symptoms that may include rash, high fever, cough, runny nose, and red, watery eyes may not occur until May 10th. Therefore, officials say if you were exposed and at risk to contact your doctor doctor.
The Health Department is investigating whether or not this case is related to outbreaks in Ocean County or other states.
The CDC reports 626 cases in the US – 71 more than last week, the country is well on its way to having the highest number of cases since the virus was eradicated in 2000 through vaccinations.
