OnePlus 6T has redesigned its launch day after Apple's launch on October 30th.

On October 8, OnePlus announced that it would unveil its new phone on Oct. 30 at 11:00 am ET at New York Pier 36. A few weeks later Apple then invited to a special event for 10 years am ET the same day. Ouch.

That's why OnePlus has postponed October 29th – a day before. The company will re-live the announcement live on its website and on its YouTube channel.

Confirmed: Fingerprint Sensor

The upcoming OnePlus 6T will feature a fingerprint reader, confirming that Company CNET. Some Chinese manufacturers have already experimented with the technology – the Vivo X21 and the Porsche Design Huawei Mate RS are two examples – but the OnePlus 6T will be the first widespread mobile phone with the feature in the US.

In an exclusive interview with CNET, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau said the 6T will not have a headphone jack. The company announced the first USB-C headphones in September, the $ 20 Type C bullets.

Rumor: The OnePlus 6T will have a mini-score

In September, a user posted on the Chinese social media site Weibo photos of an alleged OnePlus 6T retail box. A sketch of the phone on the box shows a handset that has almost all the screens – with a tiny teardrop-shaped notch above for the front camera and a narrow lower bezel.

The OnePlus 6T has been released on Geekbench – an online data store for benchmarks. Submitted under the code name "FSFS P8801", the specifications show that some configurations of the OnePlus 6T with the same 8-core Snapdragon 845 aboard the Model 6 (and a number of other current phones including Samsung Galaxy S9 and Note 9, Google's Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL and LG's V40) and 8GB RAM
