ISLAMABAD – Pakistan's army has summoned a former spy chief to write a book with his former Indian colleague.
The newly published book titled "Spy Chronicles" suggests that Pakistan cooperated with the US in the 201
1 raid killing Osama bin Laden. The book was co-written by Asad Durrani, former head of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence. AS Daulat, the former head of the Indian research and analysis section; and the Indian journalist Aditya Sinha. Durrani had retired years before the raid on Bin Laden. Gene. Asif Ghafoor, a spokesman for the military, tweeted late Friday that Durrani had been sent to Army headquarters on Monday for failing to disclose violations of military legislation without providing further details.
