Spending a day in Hollywood that never was and always will be never ages for me. It was a cloudy, gloomy day, but somehow it adds to the ambience of a Hollywood that is not a place on a map, but an attitude of mind. (But like, you can still call a card in My Disney Experience if you need them.)
Nothing reminds me more than the sentiment From Old Hollywood take a walk down Sunset Boulevard. Today, on my walk, I have really taken care to consider some of the usually overlooked details and to hear the background music playing on the street. I feel that this area still reflects the original feel and theme of this park.
Legends of Hollywood are still closed for renovation and makeover.
Next, I made my way to Toy Story Land. I made a note to remind myself to bring my own umbrella to cover the sun through this relentless land, as I swear that it immediately feels 10 degrees hotter as soon as the Woody Welcome Sign comes into view. But I was there to take a look at Galaxy's Edge, so it was #worthit.
I'm really curious if this line of sight will be preserved after the completion of the construction and the country has opened, but for now, this angle of the towers in Galaxy's Edge Look behind Buzz Lightyears butt has become one of my favorite photos for every visit.
Jessie's hangover had another change too. When Bo Peep arrived, she was shuffled down to the fence in front of the entrance of the Alien Swirling Saucers, but today she greeted Woody's lunch box before the alien photo shoot.
There is no change I can see for the scrim and construction of the area between Baseline Taphouse and Star Tours.
The countdown to the opening of Galaxys Edge at Disney's Hollywood studios is really starting. Every time I see this wall, I feel dizzy. If you're like me and can not wait to read all of WDWNT's coverage of Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland, you'll be spellbound and potentially save on all the merchandise that comes with your wallet ,
Left of the Galaxy's Edge Wall is still working on the back of the Muppet * Vision building to merge it a little more.
And to the right of The Galaxy's Edge Wall, the ABC posters that were on this building have fallen off, and workers have been pressing to move the building wash in progress.
While I was there today, I was allowed to watch all the gondolas that were unpacked and taken away. The Skyliner is expected to go into operation this fall, and when I put them all in, I was looking forward to this new form of Disney Transportation.
That was & # 39; s for my day at the Hollywood Studios of Disney! Check WDWNT for more photo reports and updates!
