The creators of the project have announced the completion of the test phase of the business and the start of its normal operation. They announce the opening of further branches – the facilities are to be built mainly in Poznań and Warsaw.
To enter into a hands-free business and make purchases, you need a smartphone application that you must use to connect a payment card. There are about 900 products to choose from ̵
– Our goal was to create a business that uses modern technology to facilitate a fast shopping process. The first customer impression is very positive. We still have a lot of work and observation ahead of us, but the first important stage is behind us – said Surge Cloud CEO Marcin Dąbrowski.
The consumer pays for selected products in the so-called extinguishing zone in which purchases are to be made.
Labeling products with RFID tags adds prices without having to scan the goods.
As soon as the customer accepts the shopping list, the payment is debited from his card. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the application.
In the coming months, the project creators plan to open 2-3 more locations – including on a housing estate. Six should be open within six months. By the end of 2020, around 20 branches are to be created – mainly in Poznan and Warsaw.
