NEPTUNE, NJ – Caren Z. Turner, 60, resigned last week as Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and held an exchange with police officers On video The Easter weekend throws light on the reason.
During a routine traffic stop with her daughter, Turner plunged into a tirade by the two surveyed officers.
T The video shows how Turner knew who she was and complained that the police had "ruined" a holiday weekend by stopping her daughter and three friends in Bergen County.

Port Authority spokesman Benjamin Branham described Turner's behavior as "unreasonable."
"The Board takes its recently adopted Code of Ethics for Commissioners very seriously and prepared to set up a special committee to review the results of the General Inspectorate and act at today's Board meeting," said Branham allegedly.
"The resignation of Commissioner Turner was appropriate given her outrageous behavior."
