Underwood, 35, walked on the red carpet in a long, sequined blue Tadashi Shoji dress as she clutched her baby bump. And just moments before Keith Urban handed her the award, the American Idol champion switched to another sequined ensemble, this time a black and gold long sleeve dress with geometric patterns and embellishments.

The event marks Underwood's second awards since debuting at the American Music Awards earlier this month.
