Sony has introduced another new color for the PlayStation 4 DualShock range. This time it's a color scheme reminiscent of a forest ski tour called Alpine Green. It has an evergreen color on the front and a white back and white buttons and sticks.
The announcement says it will be available in the US and Canada for $ 65 in April. Take a look at the new controller here or you can pre-order it now.
Last August, Sony launched four new colors at once: Berry Blue, Sunset Orange, Blue Camo and Copper. Alpine Green gets the celebrity treatment in its own right compared to the limelight. Sony has been offering color options for its DualShock controllers for some time, including some exclusive to Special Edition consoles. Microsoft also offers special edition controller colors, but also has a Design Lab feature that lets you customize your own color.
If you're looking for something to play on your PS4 while waiting for your Alpine Green controller, you might want to go through the Great Indoors sale. The huge PSN sale has over 600 discounts and runs until March 29th.
