COLUMBUS, Ohio – A Purdue superfan whose The Fight many against the cancer were honored at the Ohio State University basketball game at the Schottenstein Center on Wednesday.
Players, coaches and participants participated in a moment of silence for Tyler Trent prior to the game against Purdue University.
His picture was on the scoreboard above the square and the sign reading "We are #TylerStrong" was the audience to see.
Trento died earlier this month.
Within just a few months, Tyler has been recognized for his achievements in many ways, including his work on cancer research.
