The Nestlé Purina PetCare Company is voluntarily recalling a limited quantity of its muse cat food "Natural Chicken Recipe in Gravy," the company said in a statement on Friday.
The recall is "an excess of caution from the year" as some of the three-ounce cans "might contain rubber parts that are translucent yellow and have a blue background, which may present a potential suffocation hazard."

In the publication, the recalled products are listed as Muse Cat Food Natural Chicken Recipe in Sauce in three-ounce cans:
- Single Three-Ounce Tin with UPC Code 38100 17199, up as of 30 April 2020 and lot numbers of 8094116209 or 8094116210.
- From a package of six cans with UPC code 38100 17780, until 30 April 2020 and lot number 8094179001. Only the Natural Chicken can is affected.
No other Purina products are affected by this voluntary recall.
The company said it "has not received any reports of injury or disease in cats fed this product to date" and the recall was a precautionary measure. that the consumer We will "throw away one of the affected products that you may have and we will replace it," the statement says.
