Wendesday posted some injury news for the Raiders. They already had Tyrell Williams and not much more across the board. Losing it would be a pretty big deal.
Williams had a touchdown in each of the team's first four games this season. After him, the reception corps scares nobody. Well, nobody outside the organization. JJ Nelson was supposed to start last week and was a startling late scratcher with tightness in his leg. He was capped Wednesday with a knee injury.
Nelson's absence from the Colts on Sunday resulted in the team starting their recent signing with Trevor Davis nine days after signing that it's the novices Hunter Renfrow and Keelan Doss.
Dwayne Harris returned to training on Wednesday after missing the last two games with an ankle injury. He is mainly a return specialist who is rarely used as a long haul receiver, but the Raiders may not have much choice. If he is able to leave, they might need him on the offensive.
In defense they lacked on Wednesday due to a concussion Clelin Ferrell. He is in the record and should have at least limited practice this week if he is to play.
