Report: Tyron Woodley vs. Darren Till Title fight Heading UFC 228 on September 8 in Dallas

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) attempts to clear the current welterweight jam as the promotion has booked a title fight between division champions Tyron Woodley and Darren Till.

This, according to ESPN's Brett Okamoto, who has unveiled the 170-pound championship bout in social media, is on track to dub the upcoming UFC 228 on September 8, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. As a result, interim champion Colby Covington will be released from the belt at the start of the fight.

And hardly.

"The Chosen One" recently staged a showdown against "Gorilla" canceled that a contract was never made before him, while he ridiculed the striker because he was struggling for his fight against Stephen Thompson and denied his allegations of a fight offer.

While attending, Woodley took Covington to the speech clown on the Interim Division Champion for extending out of a scheduled fight between them after months of non-stop trash-talk.

As for "chaos," he was recently successfully operated on by Ariel Helwani.

Till was last seen at the "Wonderboy" at UFC Fight Night 130 beginning of this Year, set his record record (17-0-1, 5-0-1 UFC). As for Woodley, he has not been in the class for over a year after suffering a shoulder injury sustained while defending his title against Demian Maia at UFC 214 in July 2017. Nonetheless, "The Chosen One" is ready to make his long-awaited return to the Octagon in a few short months, but his comeback party will not be a celebration when Till has his word on the matter.

UFC 228 will also receive a women's flyweight title between Division Champion Nicco Montano and Valentina Shevchenko, while Yair Rodriguez returns to Zabit Magomedscharipov.
