Reports of shots fired on the Florida shopping mall cause panic



Reports of gunfire fired at a Florida shopping center on Sunday afternoon sent people who ran and a police tactics team to search the area.

Boca Raton police were called to Boca Town Center Mall around 4:00 pm. According to reports, shots were fired from within.

On Twitter, the police said that it was not an active shooting situation and that they were conducting a search of the mall.

According to the Palm Beach Post, one person in the Boca police has not yet confirmed the validity of the report.

A viewer posted a video on Twitter showing armed officers coming to the mall carrying weapons under investigation. There were no immediate reports of injuries.
