A community manager from Respawn Entertainment has assured fans that Apex Legends will be adding new game modes in the near future.
The game broke into the Battle Royale scene in February 2019, with unprecedented success in the early months. Fortnite, the leader in the market, has declined in recent weeks due to lack of updates from Respawn.
Currently only trios are available. Apex fans desperately need other playlists like Team Deathmatch added to enhance their gaming experience. Eventually, their request will be granted as soon as a Respawn employee has confirmed this change has been made.
Trios is currently the only available mode in Apex Legends.
Apex Confirms New Game Modes
During a Q & A session on Apex Legends' official subreddit, a respawn community manager with the username u / JayFresh_Respawn gave players a number of updates on the state of development of the game ,

The Community Manager gave no indication of which modes to add, but Respawn will probably add new playlists that will allow you to play with any squad size like most other games like solos, duos, and squads.
Apex could also follow in the footsteps of Fortnite and add a rank variation that suits players according to their skill level to allow players to make more compromises. Petitive Experience – maybe even custom games will be featured during a Twitch Rivals broadcast to be available to the general public.
