Harry Potter has defeated Voldemort and now has his next big challenge: Broadway

Much of this is Tiffany's brilliant, creative direction and the beautiful work of set designer Christine Jones and lighting designer Neil Austin. Together, they make up the story with a mix of inventive and exciting stage magic that makes Cursed Child a must-have for Muggles everywhere.
Words can not really describe what Tiffany and his creative team have done here. Characters magically appear and disappear before your eyes. Others shoot fire and spells from their wands. Paintings come to life. Dementors float in the air. There are flies. And swim. In one of the most outstanding sequences, there is a transformation that will ask theater goers, "How do they do that?" For the next days.
It's unlike anything seen on Broadway before.
Lead Cursed Child are members of the London cast, who premiered the piece in 2016 with great success.
As Harry, Jamie Parker ( The History Boys ) has the perfect blend of blind courage, readers have come to expect from Harry and the vulnerability that has grown out of a childhood in which he is submerged the stairs grew up. The boy who lived today is an employee of the Ministry of Magic and father of three children. Parker shows that the transition was not without stumbling blocks. He has Potter's pain, especially when it comes to the many ways our hero as a parent has failed.
This disappointment is strongest in the relationship between Potter and Albus. The boy – one of the many new characters featured in the play – is convincingly played by Sam Clemmett, who manages to keep his stubborn teen sympathetic and sympathetic, even when he rages against his father.

Clemmett spends much of his stage time with Anthony Boyle, the breakthrough in the play. Boyle plays Scorpius Malfoy, the son of Draco, who befriends Albus and accompanies him on a journey to correct the mistakes of the past. He is mentioned in Rowling's Shrine of Death as an epilogue to his brief nod, takes this brief footnote, and transforms Scorpius into a stingy, complex character with a polarizing personality and quirky mannerisms.
Of course, this creature Harry Potter Hermione (Noma Dumezweni) and Ron (Paul Thornley) are also in the limelight. When paired with Potter, it feels like old times. Thornley has disappointed Ron's humor. Dumezweni retains Hermione's presumption and adds a degree of uncertainty to her character that she's always smarter than anyone else.
