Rocket launch of the SpaceX Falcon 9 set by the Vandenberger AFB on Wednesday



According to the 30th Space Wing Facebook page, the SpaceX launch of a Falcon 9 rocket will take place on Wednesday morning from Vandenberg Air Force Base.

The Falcon 9 will carry the RADARSAT Constellation Mission from Space Complex Launch-4. Vice Commander of the 30th Space Wing, Colonel Bob Reeves, orders the launch.

The launch window opens at 7:1

7 am on Wednesday, June 12th. Update the weather conditions in the region at the expected start time. Their report says that the visibility in light fog will be three to four miles. The temperature is expected to be between 52 and 57 degrees Fahrenheit.

At Hawk's Nest on Azalea Lane, just off Highway 1, a public viewing area opens to visitors. The gates are opened at 6 o'clock in the morning.
